From fresh hen's eggs we produce a range of tasty, assorted convenience specialities for bulk consumers, industry and the food trade: from boiled peeled eggs to the german delicacy Kaiserschmarrn (sugared pancakes); from fried and scrambled eggs to omelettes and American-style eggs. All of our products are exclusively manufactured using fresh eggs. The customer can also choose between eggs produced by different farming methods (e.g. penned, free range or organic).
